On February 19, NC’s Associate Director of Athletics and Recreation Michele O’Keefe was a guest on Newstalk 610 CKTB’s Niagara Sports Report with host Rod Mawhood.
During the interview, Mawhood asks O’Keefe about the return of winter varsity sports with the NC Knights basketball, volleyball and curling teams returning to play after a hiatus during the COVID-19 pandemic. O’Keefe comments on her excitement for the student-athletes and explains how Athletics and Recreation is taking a gradual approach to the return of its operations, including only allowing athletes and coaches to have two guests each at Knights games at this time.
