An article in the Niagara Dailies and Niagara This Week by Zahraa Hmood featured the CFWI’s Feed the Community initiative. The initiative, led by Chef Professor Olaf Mertens and the School’s culinary students, prepared over 3,000 meals for those in need during the Fall 2021 Term.
