Do you have questions about how to be more inclusive, respectful, welcoming, and supportive of 2SLGBTQ+ students and colleagues? Are you not exactly sure what that acronym means and want more information? This workshop is for you!
This 90 minute workshop offers a safe environment for support staff and administrators to:
- become familiar with 2SLGBTQ+ terminology and inclusive language;
- better understand the lived experiences of 2SLGBTQ+ students and colleagues at Niagara College, explore strategies for creating safe and inclusive spaces.
The session will be facilitated by Whitney Ross, Educational Developer, Centre for Academic Excellence.
