Niagara Independent: Niagara College announces new chair, vice-chair of governing board

In an October 15 article, The Niagara Independent shared news that Niagara College has appointed a new Chair, Vice-Chair and four new members to its Board of Governors.

Wendy Wing, Senior Vice-President of Finance and Administration for Rankin Construction Inc. and Port Colborne Quarries Inc., and President of Rankin Renewable Power Inc., is the new Chair, and Caroline Mann, former Vice-President of Finance for Haver & Boecker Canada (W.S. Tyler) is the new Vice-Chair.

New members joining the Board are: Andrew Harber, CEO of Abatement Technologies; Becky Sciliberto, NC’s International Finance Coordinator who is the Support Staff Representative on the Board; Kevin Smith, Chief of Niagara Emergency Medical Services (and NC alumnus); and Lora Tisi, most recently president of RW and Co. (and NC alumna).
