Education News Canada shared NC’s release about new student-made spirits available for purchase at the College’s Wine Visitor + Education Centre. Chocolate Porter Liqueur, Apple Brandy, Rabarbaro Amaro, representing firsts for the Teaching Distillery, and Twisted Berry Gin are the latest creations made by students in NC’s Artisan Distilling program.
Student Marye Anne Chisholm, who made the Chocolate Porter Liqueur, Head Distiller David Dickson and General Manager of NC’s Learning Enterprises Steve Gill are quoted in the release.
