Niagara College Teaching Brewery’s 2021 U.S. Open Beer Championship achievements were featured in Inniagara on September 14. The Teaching Brewery captured three gold medals for its Beer 101 Bitter (Bitter category), Beer 101 Strong Ale (Old Ale category) and Beer 101 Bock (Bock category), as well as a tenth spot in the competition’s list of Top 10 Breweries – NC was the only teaching brewery to achieve a top 10 ranking in the competition.
