Newstalk 610 CKTB and Move 105.7 reported that Niagara College’s Teaching Brewery earned three gold medals and a tenth place finish at the 2021 U.S. Open Beer Championship. The winning beers are Beer 101 Bitter, Beer 101 Strong Ale and Beer 101 Bock.
The news brief also names the awards picked up by NC Brewmaster students at the U.S. Open College Beer Championship, a competition geared to colleges and teaching breweries.
