Employees: What you need to know if you’ll be working on campus this Fall

As we look ahead to a significant increase in on-campus learning, and gradual increase in on-campus services and supports when the Fall term kicks off September 7, Niagara College has created a video and website to provide the info you need as you return to campus.

With the Fall Term fast approaching, NC has redesigned its dedicated COVID-19 website as the Safe Return to Campus website with the latest COVID-19 information for employees and students.

The site includes a new Safe Return to Campus Orientation video specifically for employees, and important information about controlled campus access and safety, COVID-19 updates, FAQs, services, term updates, and covers topics like:

  • How to access campus, and the processes and requirements to be approved for access, including the mandatory vaccine policy;
  • How to upload your vaccination documentation and complete an online health screening;
  • A comprehensive overview of safety measures being taken and your role in keeping campuses safe, including physical distancing, mandatory masks and enhanced cleaning;
  • FAQs for a broad range of topics;
  • A list of campus services and their modes of delivery and hours;
  • COVID-19 symptoms and risk factors.

Individual NCSafe campus access guides for employees and students are also available on the site, providing important information for a safe on-campus experience.

Niagara College is dedicated to providing a safe campus and work experience for all staff and students. The Fall 2021 term will bring a significant increase in on campus learning, services and supports. We all share an important responsibility to work together to keep our campus community safe.

The Safe Return to Campus site will be updated regularly – please visit often for the most up-to-date information: niagaracollege.ca/returntocampus

Thank you for your ongoing support and cooperation as we plan for a safe return to on-campus operations this fall.
