Flags at both the Welland Campus and the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake have been lowered in remembrance of Bill Davis, former premier of Ontario, who passed away on August 8 at the age of 92.
Davis was a visionary leader who established Ontario’s community college system during his time as the Minister of Education.
