The NC Teaching Hair Salon will re-open to staff and students by appointment only beginning Wednesday, July 21.
The educational salon, located in the Pavilion building at the Welland Campus, is taking limited appointments via email. Walk-ins are not permitted at this time.
Hours of operation from July 21 to August 20:
Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The NC Teaching Hair Salon provides an opportunity for students in the College’s Hairstyling and Hairstylist Apprenticeship to work with clients in a safe environment while developing their skills and techniques. This is an opportunity for graduating students who have been impacted by COVID restrictions to get practical experience before the end of term.
Please note that appointments are available to only staff and students at this time, as they must request on-campus access and complete the daily health screening.
