Craig Youdale, dean of the Canadian Food and Wine Institute at Niagara College, is interviewed in this piece in The Toronto Star about rising sales from top wine brands – many with roots planted in Niagara.
Youdale explains that wines sales have risen due to the reopening of patios and optimist about the return of events at large venues. Youdale surmises sales will continue to rise through to the fall and into the Christmas and holiday season.
Youdale is noted to have overseen the launch of Canada’s first Brewmaster program and its Artisan Distilling program at NC.
