In its Spring 2021 edition, Brewers Journal Canada, the magazine for the Canadian brewing industry, published NC’s release about the tenth anniversary of the College’s Teaching Brewery.
The piece appears on page 8 and includes a photo of brewmaster Jon Downing, as well as a screenshot from a “brewunion” event held for a group of alumni from the inaugural class of NC’s Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program.
