NC’s School of Hospitality, Tourism and Sport (HTS) has created a new ‘Monday Morning Ready’ bursary to help support local students and Newstalk 610 CKTB’s Shelby Knox posted a brief sharing the news.
In partnership with the Education Foundation of Niagara, four $2,500 ‘Monday Morning Ready’ bursaries will be awarded to graduating students from the District School Board of Niagara who will be attending a program within the College’s School of HTS for the 2021-2022 academic year.
The coverage also mentions that the bursary is funded by a $5,000 donation from NC’s School of HTS, as well as another $5,000 in student-raised funds from the 2019-2020 Many Hands Project and includes a quote from Evan DiValentino, associate dean, School of HTS.
