In a Globe and Mail article entitled “Dream job 2.0: Fed up with office jobs, these entrepreneurs are brewing up careers in beer,” CFWI dean Craig Youdale provides commentary on the growing appeal of a career in Canada’s brewing industry, especially for those who are interested in making a change to pursue their passion.
In the piece, Youdale mentions how NC’s Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management students come from a variety of career backgrounds and that the program has an employment success rate of “close to 100 percent.”
