Niagara College’s 2021 Employee Engagement Survey is well underway.
Thank you to all 741 college employees who have already completed the survey. For those who haven’t yet had a chance to complete the survey, we have extended the deadline by one week; the survey will now close on Wednesday, April 14.
With fiscal year-end, a holiday weekend, and the end of term coinciding with the lockdown measures announced last week by the provincial government, we recognize this is a very busy time for our whole college community. We hope an additional week will allow enough time for every college employee to find 15 minutes to complete the survey. Higher participation rates will lead to more reliable, actionable results.
Employee engagement surveys have played an important part of the continuous improvement and positive changes at Niagara College for over 15 years. The 2021 survey results will also help our new executive team develop NC’s new strategic plan.
You’ll have until April 14 to complete the Employee Engagement Survey. If you haven’t completed it yet, here’s how it works:
- You should have received an email from TalentMap with your own specific link to the survey. Please check the ‘Other’ and ‘Junk’ mail folders in your Outlook for the survey invitation if you have not received it.
- The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete.
- Reponses are confidential and will be delivered directly to TalentMap – the college will not have access to any raw data or information that could be used to identify an individual.
