In an article posted on March 28, Bernd Franke with the Niagara Dailies features Sydney Sica, a new recruit to the Knights Women’s Soccer team.
Sica, who will graduate from Brock University this spring with a bachelor’s degree in medical sciences, was drawn to NC’s two-year Practical Nursing program to gain practical skills to further her interest in the healthcare field. She comments, “I’m just looking to further my experience by getting some critical practice. The college offers a great opportunity for that.”
The coverage also includes a comment from head coach Rob Lalama, expressing his excitement to have Sica join the Knights lineup.
