NC president Sean Kennedy was interviewed by YourTV Niagara reporter Mike Balsom for a March 25 segment of The Source.
During the interview, Kennedy talks about NC’s Spring Virtual Open House, taking place on March 27, as an opportunity for prospective students to learn about NC’s programs directly from faculty and staff and notes that the College is optimistic for an increase in on-campus learning for the Fall 2021 Term.
Kennedy also discusses how the College received 6.8 million in funding from the provincial government to help alleviate costs associated with the COVID-19 pandemic over the past year and highlights two new programs beginning in the Fall 2021 Term: Beverage Business Management and Massage Therapy.
The NC Teaching Greenhouse’s annual spring sale receives a mention and Kennedy concludes the interview by discussing how NC’s spirit of innovation has continued to shine with NC’s Research & Innovation division earning a top 10 ranking for research colleges in Canada for the sixth consecutive year.
