Mike Balsom with YourTV Niagara interviewed second-year Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management student Nicola Davey, who participated in NC’s Pink Boots Collaboration Brew Day event on March 5.
During the interview, Davey discusses opportunities for women in the brewing industry, the Pink Boots Society’s initiative and explains the specific hop blend for this year’s Pink Boots Brew, which is available for purchase in April at NC’s Wine Visitor + Education Centre.
