Greenhouse Canada reported the winners of the 2021 Landscape Ontario Awards of Excellence and NC’s Paul Zammit is among the winners. Zammit, a professor of horticulture, picked up a Garden Communicator’s Award during a virtual awards ceremony held on February 4.
The award, which was also earned by well-known garden experts Mark Cullen and Frank Ferragine this year, is given to a writer or broadcaster who has consistently produced a high level of quality in the field of horticulture through his or her efforts in communication.
