In an article posted on February 16, Bernd Franke with the Niagara Dailies wrote about NC’s associate director, Athletics and Recreation, Michele O’Keefe and a few of her recent career highlights. In December, O’Keefe received the 2020 Executive Award of Merit from the Canadian Basketball Officials Commission (CBOC) for her work bringing the CBOC under the umbrella of Canada Basketball. That same month, she was also elected chair of the SPORT4ONTARIO board of directors.
