Two student-built, self-contained concept homes are up for auction.
Since 2018, students from Niagara College’s Carpentry and Renovation Technician program have been working on retrofitting two sea containers to transform them into livable space. Now that the projects are complete, Niagara College has decided to auction off the units.
Both units include a full bath, functioning kitchen and living space.
The retrofitted sea containers are perfect for those looking to add a bunkie, office, tiny house or hunting house to their belongings.
