In this August 24 column in the Niagara Dailies, NC’s Kristina Inman, professor of food and beverage in the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Sport, writes about finding comfort in the escapism of wine and how “each wine has its own story, and since we could use more happy stories, I think it’s a beautiful practice to find out more about your wine.”
She asks readers to imagine the locations where their wines have been meticulously created and mentions that Niagara has nearly one hundred wineries to enjoy. She encourages wine lovers to visit the various local establishments to walk around, meet the staff and enjoy the beauty around them.
