NC Broadcasting alumnus (2005) Jay Cheel was featured by John Law in the Niagara Dailies on August 25. The article highlights “Cursed Films,” Cheel’s latest documentary series about mishaps, tragedies and strange events on the set of popular horror films including “The Exorcist,” “The Omen,” “Poltergeist,” “The Crow,” and “Twilight Zone: The Movie.”  The series, which premiered on horror streaming service Shudder in spring 2020, was a critical and ratings hit and has been renewed for a second season.
