Niagara Dailies: Decanting Niagara: When life gives you lemons take advantage and make lemonade

The Niagara Dailies has published the latest column by Kristina Inman, professor in NC’s School of Hospitality, Tourism & Sport, and a certified CAPS sommelier and TAC tea sommelier.

In her June 23 column, Inman talks about the history of lemonade and makes note of how various cultures have prepared the popular beverage differently over the years. She says that the idea of customizing lemonade is brilliant – as a simple drink, it has many opportunities for experimentation.
