Health, Wellness and Accessibility Services is pleased to offer Thrive @ NC, a five-week, campus-wide resiliency building program for NC students from both the Welland and Daniel J. Patterson campuses.

The program, which runs Wednesdays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. beginning May 20, is being held virtually this spring via Microsoft Teams with facilitators Jennifer Babin, counsellor, and Jim McEwen, assistive technologist. The goal of Thrive @ NC is to offer support to students as they navigate the transition to online learning, while balancing the overwhelming moments of uncertainty and fear that many of us are experiencing right now.

Do you know a student who would benefit from this program? Please spread the word and have students register online at this link.

Please note: Program registration has been extended to June 4
