Niagara College’s executive team would like to remind all staff and faculty that they are invited to join in celebrating the career and accomplishments of longtime president Dan Patterson at special drop-in receptions on Wednesday, February 19 and Thursday, February 20.
Receptions will be held at both campuses. Faculty and staff can drop in anytime between 2 – 4 p.m. to share their thoughts and thanks with Dan, and enjoy some delicious refreshments from Benchmark Restaurant and NCSAC. From approximately 2:30-3 p.m., Niagara College’s vice-presidents, as well as Dan himself, will share some remarks and reflections on his remarkable 25-year tenure as Niagara College president. Several special presentations will also be made.
Employees will also have an opportunity to contribute to the recently announced Dan Patterson Legacy Fund, which honours Dan’s dedication to our students by supporting them through needs-based bursaries, merit-based scholarships, and Be World Ready travel bursaries.
