Kristina Inman, professor in Niagara College’s School of Hospitality, Tourism & Sport wrote this piece for The St. Catharines Standard on Caps, Corks and Forks, the annual wine and beer tasting competition held by the Canadian Food and Wine Institute at NC’s Benchmark Restaurant. Inman writes how Team Beer came up with a win during the final dessert round, having gone neck-in-neck with Team Wine throughout the first four courses.
