NC’s Bill MacDonald talks Cannabis on CBC Windsor

Niagara College professor and program coordinator of the college’s Commercial Cannabis Production program Bill MacDonald was on CBC’s Windsor Morning with Tony Doucette, on the morning of Jan. 7. MacDonald spoke about the current state of the cannabis industry, and his speaking role at the 2020 Southwest Agricultural Conference.
