The St. Catharines Standard shared that writer and former journalist Anne Bokma, an alumna from Niagara College’s Journalism program (1982), released her book “My Year Of Living Spiritually.” Bokma’s book details her year-long search for spirituality, exploring 24 spiritual practices to help her reconnect with herself after years spent in what she describes as a “restrictive” and “fundamentalist” religion.
