Luke Edwards with Niagara This Week covered meal preparation at Niagara College’s Canadian Food and Wine Institute for the annual Boys and Girls Club of Niagara’s holiday party. NC students, under the guidance of staff and faculty, prepared a festive meal with all the delicious trimmings, served to over 200 children at the highly-anticipated holiday party.
