Julie Jocsak with The St. Catharines Standard published this photo series from inside the kitchen of Niagara College’s Benchmark Restaurant where students and staff were preparing a full holiday feast with all the trimmings for the annual Boys and Girls Club of Niagara’s Holiday Party.
Culinary students Ketan K. Patwa and Nhi Tran are pictured attending to the turkeys. This is the fourth year that staff and students have prepared the Christmas meal.
