Host of the CHCH News morning show, Tim Bolen, was at NC’s Welland Campus to give a preview of what future students can expect at Fall Open House on Saturday, Nov. 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at both the Welland and Niagara-on-the-Lake Campuses.
Bolen interviews a Culinary Innovation program alumnus Nathan Knapp-Blezius, School of Trades professor Colin Robinson, Athletics and Recreation associate director, Michele O’Keefe, and Hospitality professor Adam Weaver.
From being at the helm of latest innovation in the food and beverage industry, to a carpentry renovation lab and a volleyball showcase at the Athletics Centre, to the innovative four-year degree programs offered at NC, the news coverage highlights many of NC’s strengths.
