In this September 17 story in The Standard, Kristina Inman writes about NC distilling professor Andrea Fujarczuk, who, along with her husband César Lefebvre, crafted a bright red gin featuring cranberries to extend gin into the fall season in time for Canadian Thanksgiving. Inman writes, “many future Niagara College distilling graduates will benefit from learning from Andrea’s experience, and to see it on the shelf one can’t help but feel a twinge of pride for this home-grown success.”
