On July 29, Muskoka Region News reported that students from NC’s Canadian Food and Wine Institute will help renowned Muskoka chef Jeff Suddaby curate a six-course meal for the Flavours of Ontario event in Huntsville, Ontario on August 8.
The dining experience will take place at a long table overlooking Huntsville’s historic waterfront and feature several signature Niagara ingredients, including Niagara grapes and cherries.
