Since the campus telephone system and voicemail system upgrades that took place over the past few months, Information Technology Services has continued to work with our manufacturer Avaya on software fixes and patches to troubleshoot any issues.
As a result, the Voicemail Telephone User Interface has been revised along with the Quick Reference Card, available on the ITS website. The Quick Reference Card offers steps to access your mailbox, set a new password, browse your message folders, configure greetings and more.
If you have not yet had an opportunity to configure your Personal Greeting and Name Greeting, please configure both to enhance your callers experience.
