On June 3, Education News Canada shared the news of NC’s Craig Youdale’s induction into the Canadian Culinary Federation’s Honour Society, a prestigious national society which recognizes leadership, professional excellence and lifetime commitment to the profession.
Youdale was honoured at a CCF Honour Society event, attended by over 100 renowned chefs, held at NC’s Canadian Food and Wine Institute. The event was part of the CCF’s 2019 conference held in Niagara Falls from May 26 to May 31.
