From May 28 to 31, Niagara College will host approximately 400 elementary school students from across Niagara at the 2019 Destination College workshop to be held at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus (May 28 and 29) and the Welland Campus (May 30 and 31).
Grade 7 students from both the District School Board of Niagara (DBSN) and the Niagara Catholic District School Board will explore future career paths in a fun and interactive way with hands-on activities from a variety of Niagara College’s programs.
The Destination College workshop is supported by the School-College-Work Initiative, a local partnership between the DBSN and Niagara Catholic, funded by the provincial government. It has been organized by Niagara College for 14 years.
