On May 10, local Niagara news agencies, The Niagara Falls Review and their affiliates, reported on the smooth new rye lager released from Wayne Gretzky Estates in Niagara-on-the-Lake and the NC-connection. The unique lager was crafted by Head Brewer Joshua Beach in cooperation with staff and students in NC’s Teaching Brewery before getting the seal of approval from hockey great Wayne Gretzky himself.
The brew is available at Gretzky Estates and will hit LCBO shelves in late May.
