On April 1, NC’s head distiller, David Dickson, was interviewed on Global News Hamilton AM900 CHML radio on the Scott Thomspon Show. Dickson promoted the Teaching Distillery’s first vodka release and the work of students in the inaugural Artisan Distilling program. In the interview, Dickson raises awareness about the Canadian Food and Wine Institute’s history and experiential learning for students as part of the programs.
