The St. Catharines Standard and their affiliated papers, The Niagara Falls Review and The Welland Tribune published a piece on Niagara College Teaching Winery Underground series with Sauvignon Blanc, an orange white wine fermented like the red variety using an ancient method. Head winemaker, vineyard coordinator and instructor Gavin Robertson, and general manager of NC’s learning enterprises Steve Gill weigh in on the experimental wine, and others produced by NC students.
