In this segment on YourTV, NC’s own Craig Youdale, Dean of the Canadian Food and Wine Institute, judges the 14th annual Empty Bowls fundraiser at Club Roma in St. Catharines in support of Bethlehem Housing and Support Services. Attendees enjoyed 12 different soups expertly prepared by local chefs and served in artisan bowls made by local artists.
