Ontario Culinary published a blog post about the one-week intensive Brew Academy program offered in partnership between the Canadian Food and Wine Institute at Niagara College, the Town of Hanover, MacLean’s Ales, and Launch Pad Youth Activity and Technology Centre. From April 8-12, participants will be guided through the making of a specific style of beer.
