The Nov. 9 St. Catharines Standard contained a story sharing the finalists for the GNCC’s Women in Business Awards. NC’s Amy Proulx, program coordinator for the CFWI’s Culinary Innovation and Food Technology program, is featured as a finalist in the Science and Technology category. Winners will be annouced at the event on Nov. 17.
Earlier this year, Proulx also received the President’s Award from the Canadian Institute of Food Science and Technology.
