The lastest edition of CFWI business development coordinator and instructor Kristina Inman’s column, Decanting Niagara, was published in the St. Catharines Standard on Oct. 16. In it, Inman draws on her experience as a CAPS tea sommelier to explore the notion of pairing food with tea.
