An article in Forbes from July 24 included Niagara College’s Commercial Cannabis Production (Graduate Certificate) program in an overview of the top 10 educational programs for Cannabis in North America. In addition to highlighting Canada’s first post-secondary credential in commercial cannabis production, the article also made mention of NC’s partnership with Canopy Growth, the world’s largest cannabis company, through which students in the program will receive on-the-job training at the company’s Tweed Farms facility in Niagara, as well as other facilities across Canada.
