College seeing green in automotive lab launch


Niagara This Week shines the spotlight on Niagara College’s Green Automotive Technology Lab, a 3,600-square-foot addition to the Rankin Technology Centre which launched on April 4.

The article includes comments from president Dan Patterson, Motive Power Technician program coordinator Wayne Toth, and student Christenah D’Archi who enrolled at NC to pursue her second career dreams to become an automotive technician, It also includes comments from St. Catharines MPP Jim Bradley, who announced $1.4 million funding for the new lab through  Ontario’s Apprenticeship Enhancement Fund in 2016.
