I am writing to extend my sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to our successful Spring Open House event on Saturday, March 24.
As our postsecondary landscape becomes more and more competitive, it is our unique learning environments, compelling stories and – most importantly – our people, who set Niagara College apart.
Our Spring Open House allowed us to showcase all three of these important elements. As a key part of our recruitment cycle, the event provides prospective students and their families with an up-close look at our campuses and unique programs, and the opportunity to meet our expert faculty and staff. The turnout was outstanding and as you can see from this article in the local daily newspapers, our guests were very impressed with what they saw.
Whether it was in the planning and promotion, creating interactive displays or being there on the day of the event to showcase our college and speak to prospective students and parents, I extend my sincere thanks to everyone involved for a job very well done. All of us have a role to play in telling the Niagara College story, and I’m grateful for the college-wide support of our recruitment activities.
