NC Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management grad Austin Roach is behind the opening of a new brewpub in Toronto.
Canadian Beer News announced the opening of The Six Brewing Co., founded by Jeff Falco and brewmaster Austin Roach. Roach graduated from NC’s first-ever Brewmaster class in June 2012.
