Decanting Niagara: A sense of place

Kristina Inman’s latest Decanting Niagara column was posted by the St. Catharines Standard on February 5.

The column discusses the connection between product and place, in wines as well as beers and spirits.

Inman is a certified CAPS sommelier and TAC tea sommelier who teaches at Niagara College where she also works on business development for the Niagara College Canadian Food and Wine Institute.
