Niagara This Week highlights the Soup’s On fundraiser in Welland which will be held Jan. 26. The Canadian Food and Wine Institute is preparing soup for the luncheon, along with participants from local high schools. Funds raised will support a social justice scholarship fund for a graduating high school student.
